As December arrives and the chaos that is Christmas makes the pace of life quicker, why don’t you take an evening to pause.
Step into the calming space that is Wellnest, Kirkstall based at Chantry House a former church building with its curved ceiling and beautiful stained glass windows.
The space will be softly lit by candlelight, giving you permission to slow down with a deeply nourishing Yin practice led by the fabulous Kirsty Williams.
Yin Yoga is a slow, restorative practice where poses are held for longer, often supported by bolsters and props, so you can breathe into the pose and allow the body to release and soften.
Tea and snacks will follow RetreatMe style, then settle into complete relaxation as you are immersed in a soothing sound bath, soaking up the sounds and vibrations of Himalayan bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes and ocean drum.
Time away from the Christmas rush, a chance to release tension and calm the chatter of the mind.
Come as you are and hopefully leave lighter with a Winter’s glow.
