










































































Autumn Equinox -Friday 26th - Sunday 28th September - Weekend Retreat with Amanda Winburn
In September we reach the Autumn equinox, tinges of Autumn touch the countryside. We begin to feel ourselves descend into the darker days of the year.
We invite you to this beautiful weekend retreat where we release our attachment to the long summer days, restore balance in our lives as we prepare to gather for the Autumn.
Expect a full yoga centric itinerary including, traditional puja opening ceremony, meditation and Pranayama, Indian Sattva Wisdom card selection, all levels hatha flow, Sattva Flow to release dormant energy, QiGong, yin and restorative yoga. There will be a traditional fire ceremony with Cocoa, sound healing using Himalayan and Crystal bowls, victory dancing to celebrate life!
We will be replenished with nourishing vegetarian food prepared by our chef Hanna, and relax in the beautiful space that is the WestWood Retreat, a space where we can connect with each other but also to self.

Arrival on Friday 26th September from 3pm
18.30 - Meet and greet, Opening Puja Ceremony, followed by dinner and yoga Nidra.
Saturday 27th September
7.30am - Tea, Coffee and power ball, Selection of Indian Sattva Wisdom card, opening meditation and all levels hatha flow.
9.30am - Breakfast
10.30 - Introduction to QiGong -or take Pranic Healing with Amanda
11.15 - Meditation and Kundalini
13.00 - Lunch
14.00 - 16.30 - Walk to the farm shop for refreshments and fresh air or optional Pranic Healing with Amanda
17.00 - Sattva Flow
18.30 - Fire and Cacao Ceremony
19.30 - Dinner and round table discussion around Vedic Astrology.
Sunday 28th September
8am - Morning Tea, coffee and Power Ball
8.30am Selection of Indian Sattva Wisdom card, opening meditation and all levels hatha flow
10.30 - 11.30 - Breakfast
11.30 - 12.30 - Check out of rooms.
12.30 - 14.00 - Deep yin / restorative yoga followed by a beautiful sound bath.
14.00 - 15.00 - Nutritious plant based lunch.
15.00 - We unite together and close our weekend with a sharing circle and Victory dance
15.30 - Depart feeling connected and balanced to begin your week.
