We gather in a private, secluded retreat just outside Marrakech, held within the warmth, stillness and beauty of the Moroccan landscape. 

Across this four night retreat, immersed in nature and rich cultural rhythm, you will be invited to reconnect with yourself while being supported and surrounded by like minded women.

Through carefully held workshops and copious amounts of down time round the pool, we gently strip back the layers and create room to grounded parts of self.
There is comfort here.

Space to explore what it means to move forward in a way that feels authentic and true to you.

We explore what safety means in your body and your life, creating the internal conditions needed for real growth and aligned direction.

Throughout the retreat you will experience practices including breathwork, sound journeys, movement, qi gong and somatic enquiry.

Days are slow and spacious.

Nourishing food, time in nature, warmth, texture and quiet moments to land and pause fully.

You will leave Marrakech feeling recharged, grounded and clear. Carrying a deeper connection to yourself and stepping back into life from the strongest, most settled headspace you have known.
